Recently moved into the Elmview apartments about 3 weeks ago, and i have to say its a SUPER nice and quiet complex, Herzog made my moving process simple and easy! will be recommending to others to come check it out!!

1. Steve landlord is the best guy to work with. 2. Maintenance man very helpful and personable with quick response (>1hr.) 3. Rent is affordable. 4. They actually care about their properties and your stay there. All the bad reviews are a bit sketchy to me and caution should be taken while reading them.

I got a tour today with Joyce, she was extremely professional and friendly and I loved the property I got to see, I really hope I get the apartment that I looked at

I lived in a Herzog apartment for over a year. I do have to say Steve is by far the best landlord I have had. He was extremely accommodating during my move out. He was extremely polite. And when my kitchen started flooding he took care of it right away.
