Submitting a Move-Out Notice
To submit a move-out notice, please use your online resident portal for the fastest and most reliable processing.
Once logged in, go to the “Contact Us” section. Under “Other Contact Options,” select “Request Notice to Vacate.”
You can access your portal from a desktop computer or by downloading the Online Portal by AppFolio app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
