Refer A Neighbor Program
When you refer a friend to any property within our company and they sign a lease, you both receive $100 rent credit.
Here's how it works:
Step 1
Refer a friend to move into any of our available units.
Step 2
Friend fills out application and lists your full name and unit number on the application.
Step 3
Friend gets approved to be your neighbor.
Step 4
Your neighbor moves in.
Step 5
You both receive a $100 rent credit.
Please note: Your friend must list your full name and unit number in order for you both to qualify.
